At Ridgeway Dental, we have carefully selected various dental technologies to improve disease diagnosis, treatment outcome, and patient communication. Utilizing safe and efficient dental technology has helped us achieve our goal, which is to deliver high quality dental care to our patients.
Digital X-rays
Digital x-rays emit up to 80% less radiation compared to traditional x-rays, and the resolution is significantly higher, which allows for early cavity detection. Additionally, digital x-ray images appear on the computer screen almost instantaneously, which greatly improves the efficiency of diagnosis and treatment.
Panoramic X-rays
Panoramic x-ray is a two-dimensional image of the entire mouth and its surrounding structures, including teeth, TMJs and sinuses. It is taken when evaluating tooth development and eruption path of young patients, and when planning treatments such as extraction and implant.
Intraoral Cameras
Intraoral cameras take clear photos of the problematic areas of teeth and surrounding tissues for diagnostic purposes and patient communications. Photos are also taken during the treatment process so that patients can have a better understanding of their oral health.
Philips Zoom Whitening
Philips Zoom Whitening utilizes LED light accelerator technology to speed up the breakdown of stain on the teeth by the whitening gel. It is safe and efficient. A brighter smile can be achieved in just 45 mins!
